We provide end-to-end solutions including financial reporting, tax compliance, risk management and advisory support, working closely with Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and their international clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant who can take ownership of client engagements, lead and develop a team, communicate confidently with international/NRI clients, and adapt quickly to new accounting, tax and technology-driven processes. This role requires strong professional communication, sound leadership judgment and flexibility to support client requirements, including night-shift working when required.

What We Are Looking For

· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid ICAI Membership Number at the time of joining.

· Minimum 2–3 years of proven Team Leading experience is mandatory.

· Strong accounting, financial reporting and audit fundamentals.

· Excellent command of English, with fluent and confident spoken communication, strong vocabulary, clear pronunciation and professional communication skills.

· Ability to communicate with international and NRI clients confidently, professionally and independently.





· Open-minded and flexible about working in night shifts when required by client time zones or business requirements.

· Quick learner who can grasp current concepts, processes, accounting tools and software efficiently.

· Ability to understand new concepts and effectively guide, train and support team members.

· Robust ownership and ability to manage the team, workload, timelines, quality and client expectations effectively.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

The ideal candidate is a confident Chartered Accountant and experienced team leader who can communicate at a highly professional level in English, handle international/NRI clients independently, learn new concepts quickly, and lead the team with maturity, ownership and accountability. The candidate should be comfortable adapting to client-driven working hours, including night shifts when required.
