We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Medical Equipment Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team and expand our presence across the healthcare market.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for business development, sales and customer relationship management for medical equipment. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, meeting healthcare professionals and decision-makers, presenting products, managing the sales cycle and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare products to hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, radiologists, hospital administrators, purchase teams, biomedical engineers and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment solutions.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations and follow up with prospects until order closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and post-sales coordination.
- Develop relationships with dealers, distributors and channel partners wherever required.
- Explore institutional, corporate, government and tender-based sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for product demonstrations,



installation and customer support.
- Maintain regular sales reports, customer databases and sales pipelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up for pending quotations, orders and payments.

Candidates with hands-on experience in X-Ray/Radiology equipment sales will be given preference.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Medical Equipment / Medical Device / Healthcare Equipment Sales.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, diagnostic centres, imaging centres, clinics or healthcare institutions.
- Candidates with institutional, government, tender or dealer/distributor sales experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to independently generate and convert leads.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Life Sciences or related backgrounds will be preferred.
