Location: Bhosale Nagar, Pune

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Head to take ownership of the marketing function at The Sindhi Circle. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, confident, creative, and capable of independently handling end-to-end marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the brand's overall marketing activities.
- Handle social media, promotions, partnerships, and outreach.
- Develop ideas to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track marketing performance and suggest improvements.
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing initiatives

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Solid communication and fluent English.
- Confident and well-spoken personality.
- Ability to independently manage marketing activities.
- Strong understanding of marketing and brand building.
- Experience with social media,



promotions, partnerships, or outreach is preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Website: The Sindhi Circle is an upcoming business networking platform for the community, with networking meetings planned every 15 days starting next month. Our social media and website are scheduled to go live by the end of this week.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
