We are looking for a Customer Booking & Support Executive to join our team remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers through phone calls and messages, assist them with their enquiries, and handle and manage bookings.

This role is suitable for freshers and interns, including candidates looking to gain experience in customer service, sales, and booking management.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and message customers regarding enquiries and bookings
- Respond to customer questions in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers throughout the booking process
- Confirm, update, and manage customer bookings
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and booking details
- Coordinate internally when required to ensure bookings are handled smoothly
- Work towards monthly targets and earn additional performance-based incentives

Requirements

- Malayalam and English are mandatory
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate professionally through WhatsApp/messages
- Basic computer and smartphone skills




- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Responsible, organised, and able to follow up with customers independently
- Previous experience is not required

Working Hours

The standard working schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, the role offers flexibility, as working hours may vary depending on customer calls, enquiries, and booking requirements.

Compensation

₹10,000 per month + target-based incentives

There is an opportunity to earn additional income based on performance and targets achieved.
