Job Title: Dispatcher

Apple Trans is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate transportation operations and ensure timely, safe, and efficient service. The Dispatcher will act as the main point of communication between drivers, customers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule, dispatch, and monitor drivers and vehicles
- Communicate trip details, route changes, and updates to drivers
- Track vehicle locations and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling issues
- Maintain accurate records of trips, logs, and driver activity
- Respond quickly to delays, emergencies, or service disruptions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Qualifications





- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous dispatch or transportation experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use dispatch software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of local routes is a plus
