We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented MBA Marketing professional to join our field marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding companies and local businesses to our platform, creating and managing business profiles, promoting pages, and supporting our freelancing/business promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit companies, shops, startups and local businesses for direct onboarding.
- Explain our platform, services and business advantages to potential customers.
- Register and onboard businesses and create their company/business profiles.
- Help businesses improve their online presence and page visibility.
- Promote business pages through field marketing and digital channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Coordinate with businesses for profile content, images, services and other information.
- Identify businesses that require freelancing, digital marketing, website, software or promotional services.




- Generate freelancing opportunities and coordinate with the internal team for execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with onboarded businesses.
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or related field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners.
- Good understanding of basic digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
