Machine Shop Supervisor (CNC/VMC)

Location: Surat (Bhatpore)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
CTC Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000

Role Overview

We are hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor who can independently handle CNC/VMC operations, programming, and team coordination in a fast‑paced machine shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily CNC/VMC machining operations
- Perform manual programming and make necessary program adjustments
- Handle machine setup, tool selection, offsets, and job changeovers
- Ensure correct usage of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge)
- Maintain production quality and reduce rejections
- Lead operators and helpers with strong team‑building skills
- Take proactive actions to resolve shop‑floor issues
- Maintain production records and coordinate with QC/Planning
- Ensure discipline, safety, and smooth workflow in the machine shop





Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years experience in CNC/VMC machining
- Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC programming (Fanuc / Siemens preferred)
- Good understanding of measuring instruments
- Ability to guide and train operators
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude
- Robust communication and leadership skills

Work Conditions

- Shift working mandatory (rotational shifts)
- Commutation, accommodation, and food will be in the candidate’s scope
- Must be comfortable working in a machine shop environment
