Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

Digisecuritas is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth across international markets. The role involves owning the complete sales cycle, building strategic client relationships, and delivering revenue through cybersecurity solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive recent business development through prospecting, networking, partnerships, and strategic channels.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and senior decision-makers across global markets.
- Understand client requirements and position relevant cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and lead proposals, presentations, RFPs, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
- Develop key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic relationship management.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, referral opportunities,



and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure effective solution positioning.
- Represent Digisecuritas at client meetings, conferences, and international industry events.

What We’re Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development; cybersecurity sales preferred.
- Proven track record of B2B sales and end-to-end deal closure.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of IT Services, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Technology solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing strategic accounts independently.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
