Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, career interests, requirements, and learning goals.
- Provide appropriate guidance about courses, training programs, and career development opportunities.
- Explain program details, eligibility, duration, advantages, and enrollment procedures clearly.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular professional communication.
- Assist students throughout the enquiry and enrollment process.
- Convert qualified enquiries into successful enrollments through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
- Build positive professional relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead management and student onboarding.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, performance reviews, and other business activities.
- Stay updated about the company's courses and training programs.
- Ensure a positive and qualified experience for students throughout the counselling process.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.




- Confident and professional approach when interacting with students.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and multiple enquiries effectively.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
