- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and HODs.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure timely joining and effective pre-joining coordination.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
