Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Business Growth & Revenue

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Lead VIP Academy's overall business development and revenue growth.
- Develop partnerships with colleges, universities and corporate organizations.
- Generate institutional training, workshop and seminar opportunities.
- Develop corporate training and technology business opportunities.
- Drive student admission and institutional conversion strategies.
- Build and manage the Business Development and Sales team.
- Set monthly revenue targets and monitor achievement.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to payment collection.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and partnership proposals.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with Principals, Placement Officers,



HoDs and corporate decision-makers.
- Develop long-term institutional and strategic partnerships.
- Identify recent markets, products and revenue channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business-performance reports for the CEO/Founder.

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, EdTech, IT Training, Corporate Training or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B/institutional sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience dealing with colleges, universities or corporate clients preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and revenue-focused.
- Willingness to travel for institutional and corporate meetings when required.
- MBA/PG qualification is an advantage but not mandatory for candidates with strong business-development experience.
