About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Associates to join our real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable projects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, location, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Converting potential leads into sales.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM is an advantage.
- Real estate sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
