Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader with 5-7 years of experience in Retail Medicine / Pharmaceutical Sales. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Team Leads (TLs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive ,onboarding pharmacy,revenue growth, manage manpower budgets, and address ground-level market challenges.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Operations

- Direct, mentor, and manage a team of Team Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead manpower planning by actively driving recruitment, team retention, and performance management within the approved budget.

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Drive comprehensive sales strategies focusing on new customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and the reactivation of dormant accounts.
- Monitor sales pipelines and individual/team KPIs to ensure consistent target achievement.

Market Intelligence & Field Execution

- Regular market visits to gain first-hand field insights, assess competitor activities,



and identify ground-level sales barriers.
- Work closely with team members during field visits to coach them and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Analytics & MIS Reporting

- Analyze weekly/monthly MIS reports to monitor key performance metrics, identify growth trends, and detect underperforming segments.
- Translate data and reports into actionable strategies to continuously optimize sales performance and pipeline efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 7years of proven experience in sales leadership, specifically within the Retail Medicine / Pharmaceutical sector.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-tiered sales teams (BDEs).
- Skills: Strong data literacy (MIS reporting), sales strategy execution, budget management, and talent retention.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
