Role Overview:

We are seeking a Structural BIM Modeler with a strong background in structural systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality Structural BIM 3D models for a diverse range of international projects. You will be instrumental in developing detailed design drawings and will work closely with our engineering team to translate concepts and calculations into precise models and plans. Responsibilities:

- Produce high-quality Structural BIM 3D models for a wide range of international projects.
- Develop detailed design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Draft and detail plans for foundations, buildings,



and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, and specifications.
- Create and maintain details and Revit families to support project needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or BTech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in BIM, with a robust focus on Revit Structural and proficiency in AutoCAD. Candidates should possess a solid working knowledge of building structural systems, with preferred experience in drafting, modeling, and detailing across multiple structural systems including wood, steel, and concrete. This role requires the ability to exercise independent judgment, apply technical knowledge, and maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills under deadline pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
