Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing transactions, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy in all cash and POS operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer bills and payments accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash collections.
- Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and reports as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to cash management and security.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software.




- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).

Qualification

- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, or in a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Preferred

- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or F&B; industry.
