## Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Career Counsellor to connect with prospective students and guide them towards international career opportunities in Germany. The role involves counselling students, generating interest, scheduling office visits, and maintaining robust follow-up and CRM discipline.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to *fresh leads and non-connected leads* to understand student requirements.
* Counsel students and parents regarding *global career opportunities and pathways in Germany*.
* Explain available options such as:
* German language pathways
* Ausbildung programs
* Career opportunities in Germany
* Study and work opportunities
* Understand student profiles and provide suitable guidance based on their education and career goals.
* Generate and schedule *office visits/appointments* for interested students and parents.
* Follow up with leads to ensure maximum attendance for scheduled office visits.
* Handle queries professionally and build trust with students/parents.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and work towards lead conversion.




* Update and maintain *CRM hygiene* with accurate lead status, remarks, follow-up dates, and conversation details.
* Prepare clean and updated daily reports for the next team member/shift handover.
* Share daily performance updates, including:
* Calls completed
* Connected leads
* Counselling done
* Office visits generated
* Follow-up status
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student journey management.

## Skills Required:

* Excellent communication and counselling skills.
* Confident in handling phone conversations.
* Sales-oriented mindset with focus on targets and conversions.
* Ability to explain overseas career opportunities clearly and create interest among leads.
* Strong follow-up and appointment-generation skills.
* Good CRM management and reporting discipline.

## Preferred Candidate:

* Experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, education consulting, or the overseas education industry preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
