Shri Ji Irrigation is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition to strengthen our growing team.

We are specifically looking for a recruitment professional who has strong experience in high-volume hiring, especially for Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales and other business development roles.

Position: HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Experience Required: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle end-to-end recruitment process High-volume hiring of Sales Executives & Tele Sales Executives Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna and other recruitment platforms Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements Regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining Reduce candidate dropouts and interview no-shows Maintain daily recruitment MIS and hiring reports Coordinate with management for manpower requirements Achieve weekly and monthly hiring & joining targets

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who:

✓ Has minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience

✓ Has strong experience in Sales / Tele Sales / Inside Sales hiring





✓ Understands high-volume and target-based recruitment

✓ Is confident in candidate sourcing and headhunting

✓ Has good communication and negotiation skills

✓ Can independently manage multiple vacancies

✓ Is comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and deadlines

✓ Is highly proactive with candidate follow-ups

✓ Focuses on actual JOININGS — not just interviews

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

Candidates having experience in Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing Company, BPO/Call Centre Hiring or High-Volume Sales Recruitment will be preferred.
