1)Timely processing of Provident Fund (PF) ECR, payments, and employee registrations on the PF portal including KYC, withdrawals, and transfers.

2) Handle the entire lifecycle of TDS and Professional Tax—from accurate calculation to seamless return filing and on-time payment.

3) Manage GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and payments like a pro.

4) Deliver precision in Income Tax calculations for staff salaries.

5) Craft smart budgets, analyze variance reports, and monitor actual expenses with a hawk’s eye.

6) Finalize books of accounts and consolidate finances across Trust, Schools & Colleges.

7) Support internal and external audits with robust reconciliations and documentation.

9) track purchase orders, update stock registers, and generate Goods Issue/Receipt Notes in Tally ERP9/Tally Prime.

10) Prepare MIS Reports and PPT Presentation for management reporting.

11) Scrutiny of Ledger, cash flow management, Bank Reconciliation, Fees Reconciliation, etc.

Candidate must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience on above profile.
