We are looking for an experienced CAE Analyst with 5–7 years of experience and strong expertise in Seating and Body Strength Analysis, structural CAE simulation, and physical test correlation to join our automotive engineering team and work on our projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Baseline Body Strength Analysis such as Seat Belt Pull Analysis (FMVSS 207-210), Luggage Retention (ST30), Child Anchorage Analysis, Dynamic Strength Analysis (FMVSS 225), Seat System Energetic Structural Integrity (FMVSS 208), etc. using LS-DYNA solver.
- Prepare Body-in-Prime for Body Strength Analysis.
- Investigate input pulse, output energy curves, materials, and SW/Bolt forces.
- Perform Seat Integration using Weld / Bolt / Adhesive connections.
- Prepare Seat Models for Body Integration with standard numbering templates.




- Run baseline CAE Seat and Body Strength Analysis, summarize results, and communicate conclusions.
- Work closely with design teams to develop solutions within defined timelines.

Domain Knowledge

- Experience in CAE physical test correlation projects.
- Standard Numbering Template creation.

Pay: Up to ₹1,050,000.00 per year
