Job Description:

This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)

Job Title : Manager - Quality

Experience - 5 - 8 years

Education- BE Electrical

Additional Skills & Achievements: Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.

Location: Ahilyanagar works

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Monitor & evaluate supplier quality performance through KPIs and scorecards.
- Handle supplier quality issues and non-conformances.
- Drive supplier quality improvement programs.
- Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Validation activities
- Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving methodologies.
- Supplier Audits , Flash Audit , Special process Audits & Part validation

Technical Competencies:

- SAP awareness
- Must have expertise in Lean , six sigma, Poka-yoke, Kaizen
- Hands on experience in use of various QC tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Operational Responsibility:

- Ability to travel to supplier locations as required.
- Customer Complaint Reduction Related to Supplier Parts.
- Supplier Corrective Action Closure Effectiveness.
- SPC for parts
