Position: Site Accountant ( Construction | Irrigation | Water Resources )

Location: Patna, Bihar

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain complete site accounts, cash, bank, vouchers and ledgers.
- Handle Tally/ERP and Excel for project accounting.
- Verify purchase bills, work orders.
- Maintain vendor and subcontractor ledgers, advances and reconciliations.
- Support client billing, deductions, collections and outstanding payments.
- Handle applicable GST, TDS and statutory documentation.
- Prepare project cost, expense, cash-flow and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Store, Purchase, Billing and Head Office Accounts.
- Maintain proper records for audit and compliance.

Required Skills & Knowledge :

- Strong knowledge of construction-site accounting and project costing.




- Practical knowledge of roads, bridges, canals, irrigation and water-resource projects.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, Advanced Excel, GST and TDS.
- Solid reconciliation, documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification & Experience :

- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years in construction/infrastructure accounting preferred.(Freshers can also apply with required knowledge.
- Preferred Experience: Irrigation, canals, dams, water supply, bridges, highways or government infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
