About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, story-driven Video Editor to drive our video content strategy across social media, performance marketing, and branding campaigns. As a fast-growing dry fruit and healthy snack brand, video is central to our customer engagement—from short-form Reels and UGC ad hooks to product shoots and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Short-Form Content Creation: Cut, edit, and optimize engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with attention-grabbing hooks, trending audio, and crisp pacing.
- Performance Marketing Ads: Edit high-converting video ads for Meta, YouTube, and digital platforms, focusing on product highlights, unboxing, and lifestyle appeal.
- Post-Production: Perform professional color grading, audio cleaning/mixing,



graphic overlays, text animations, and seamless transitions.
- Raw Footage Assembly: Process raw footage from product shoots, influencer collaborations, and recipe videos into polished final cuts.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of video editing experience strictly within an agency setup, handling multiple consumer-facing brands.
- Software Tools: High proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Portfolio/Showreel: A showreel showcasing dynamic video editing, motion graphics, color correction, and ad creatives.
- Solid grasp of social media video trends, hook-building techniques, and platform-specific formatting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,732.70 per month
