Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the customer experience and sales support activities at the dealership.
- Handle customer enquiries, walk-ins, test drives, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Support showroom activities, customer engagement programs, and promotional events.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly customer experience reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in automobile sales, customer service, showroom operations,



or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively with a team.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Four-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
