The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns while taking ownership of the numbers behind them. You will work directly with clients, manage budgets, and use data to improve campaign performance month after month.

What You Will Do

- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Own monthly advertising budgets and continuously improve campaign performance
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Set up and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy, then act on performance insights
- Prepare clear monthly reports and present findings to clients
- Work closely with our design and development teams to improve landing page performance
- Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign strategy, performance, and recommendations

What We Are Looking For

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in an agency or in-house environment
- Strong experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable working with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Ability to analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement




- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing discussions
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Valuable To Have

- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
- Basic experience with WordPress, Strapi, or similar CMS platforms
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads or other paid advertising channels
- Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
