We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon in Kozhikode.

The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling abilities, good communication skills, and the ability to ensure excellent customer service and smooth salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate salon staff.
- Handle customer interactions, feedback, and service-related concerns.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and salon hygiene.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work allocation.
- Coordinate appointments and manage customer flow efficiently.
- Support the team in achieving salon sales and service targets.
- Maintain inventory of salon products and coordinate stock requirements.
- Handle basic administrative and operational responsibilities.
- Ensure salon policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

Requirements





- Previous experience in salon management or a similar managerial role is preferred.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced salon environment.
