Junior Sales Executive – Job Role
Location : BALURGHAT & JALPAIGURI

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, referrals, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, configurations, pricing, payment plans, offers, and USPs.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits and give customers a basic walkthrough of the project.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the CRM, Marketing, and Site teams for customer requirements.
- Assist Senior Sales Managers in converting leads into bookings.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for calls, site visits, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Collect required documents and coordinate with the CRM team during the booking process.
- Stay updated about project inventory, pricing, offers,



payment plans, and competitors.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports for the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
