We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker to accurately pick, check, pack, and move products/orders within the warehouse. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products/items according to customer or internal orders.
- Verify product codes, quantities, sizes, and descriptions before dispatch.
- Use picking lists, scanners, or warehouse management systems as required.
- Ensure products are handled safely and without damage.
- Pack and label orders correctly.
- Move picked items to the appropriate packing or dispatch area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect stock to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Assist with stock counting and other warehouse activities when required.
Requirements
- 10th/12th pass or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse/picking experience is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing/walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move warehouse items safely.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and meet daily targets.
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
