1. Job Purpose

The Telecaller is responsible for proactively contacting existing and prospective customers, responding to enquiries, generating leads, promoting diagnostic services and health packages, scheduling appointments, coordinating home sample collections, and following up with customers to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.

The Telecaller will serve as an key communication link between Aswini Diagnostic Services and its customers, ensuring that enquiries are handled promptly, information is communicated accurately, and potential customers are effectively converted into appointments or diagnostic service bookings.
