KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for interview and joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
- Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong convincing and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
