myG Future is looking for a Warehouse Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations efficiently and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify dispatch orders as per invoices
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of products
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement
- Ensure accuracy in quantity and product quality before dispatch
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory systems is a plus)
- Ability to lift and move goods when required
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
