We are looking for an energetic Customer Relationship Manager with strong communication skills to handle customer interactions, manage inquiries, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and phone etiquette.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
- Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
