Event Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Event Designer who can transform ideas, themes, and spaces into visually stunning event setups. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the events and decor industry and a natural ability to experiment with different decor elements, styles, colours, textures, and layouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Create unique and visually appealing event concepts and decor designs.
- Experiment with different drapes, backdrops, arches, florals, centrepieces, furniture, props, lighting, fabrics, and other decor elements.
- Develop creative concepts based on the client’s requirements, event theme, venue, and budget.
- Create moodboards, design concepts, and visual presentations for events.
- Work closely with the event planning and decor teams to bring designs to life.
- Suggest innovative ways to style and combine existing decor inventory.
- Stay updated with current event design, wedding, corporate, and decor trends.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically cohesive, and suitable for execution.
- Participate in venue visits, setup planning, and in office styling when required.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in event design, event decor, wedding decor, or a related events industry role.
- Strong creative eye and understanding of colour, proportion, texture, composition, and styling.
- Ability to think outside the box and create different looks using the same decor elements.
- Good knowledge of event decor materials and styling techniques.
- Experience with moodboards and design presentation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Ability to understand a client brief and turn it into a strong visual concept.
- A portfolio showcasing previous event design/decor work is required.

Someone who doesn’t simply follow existing designs, but can play with decor, experiment with different combinations, and create something fresh, elegant, and memorable for every event.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
