We are hiring a Sales Manager (SM) for the North India region. This is a field sales role involving dealer/distributor handling, business development, and achievement of assigned sales targets within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and grow assigned territory sales in North India
- Manage dealers, distributors, and retail network
- Drive primary and secondary sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Appoint new dealers/distributors as per the business plan
- Ensure market coverage, product visibility, and scheme execution
- Follow up on collections and outstanding payments
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales
- Strong experience in Channel Sales / Dealer & Distributor Handling
- Exposure to North Indian markets is mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory




- Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Industry Experience:
Hardware/ Electricals/Electronics
