We are looking for a highly skilled Architect / Interior Designer with advanced and complete knowledge of Autodesk Revit to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural/interior design knowledge along with the ability to independently develop detailed Revit models, construction drawings, documentation, and presentation drawings.

The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from the initial design stage through detailed documentation and should be comfortable working on commercial and residential projects, including hospitality, restaurants, retail, and other interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D architectural and interior models in Revit from concept/design drawings.

Strong 2D drafting skills with complete knowledge of plans, elevations, sections, detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), flooring layouts, and construction details.

Ability to prepare accurate, detailed and construction-ready 2D drawings and coordinate them with the Revit/BIM model.

- Create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, details, and construction drawings.

- Prepare complete Revit project documentation and drawing sets.

- Develop detailed interior layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, millwork, joinery, and interior elevations.

- Create and manage Revit families and project components as required.

- Maintain proper Revit templates, standards, naming conventions, view templates, sheets, and documentation.

- Coordinate architectural, interior, structural, MEP, and other disciplines within the Revit environment.

- Identify and resolve design and coordination conflicts.

- Produce detailed drawings suitable for construction and execution.





- Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate and buildable Revit models.

- Work closely with architects, designers, project managers, engineers, and clients.

- Make design revisions and update models/drawings based on project requirements.

- Assist in preparing BOQs, schedules, material schedules, door/window schedules, and other project documentation where required.

- Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and applicable building requirements.

- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, levels, annotations, and detailing before submission.

- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical inputs.

- Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

Required Revit Skills

The candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of Revit, including:

- Revit Architecture

- Revit Interior Design workflows

- 3D modeling

- Families and custom family creation

- Walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, windows, stairs, railings, and architectural components

- Sections, elevations, callouts, details, and drafting views

- Sheets and drawing set preparation

- View templates and visibility/graphic controls

- Worksets and model management

- Design options

- Schedules and quantities

- Material and component management

- Revit linking and coordination

- Model coordination with MEP and structural models





- Clash identification and coordination

- Revit-based construction documentation

- Import/export workflows with AutoCAD and other design software

- Basic understanding of BIM standards and workflows

Other Software Skills

Proficiency in some or all of the following is preferred:

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp

- Enscape / Lumion / Twinmotion

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator / InDesign

- Microsoft Office

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design.

- Strong working knowledge of Revit Architecture.

- Good understanding of architectural and interior construction.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, millwork, and construction detailing.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.

Must owned their own Laptop with necessary software installed and power backup provision(Inverter)
