Required Packing Officer with 2 years experience in similar profile for any pharma manufacturing company.

- Supervise primary and secondary packing activities as per approved SOPs and batch packing records.
- Ensure correct packing materials, labels, cartons, bottles, foils, etc. are used for each batch.
- Monitor packing line activities and ensure smooth production.
- Complete Batch Packing Records (BPR) accurately and on time.
- Maintain packing-related documents, logbooks, checklists, and reconciliation records.
- Record production quantities, rejects, wastage, and line clearance details.
- Perform and verify line clearance before starting a new batch/product.
- Check batch number, manufacturing/expiry dates, product name, artwork, coding, and packaging materials.
- Conduct regular in-process quality checks during packing.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and company quality standards.
- Ensure proper hygiene and housekeeping of the packing area.
- Allocate work to packing operators/helpers.




- Monitor operator performance and ensure adequate manpower on the packing line.
- Train workers on SOPs, GMP, safety, and packing procedures.
- Verify issued packing materials against the batch requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of packing materials.
- Perform material reconciliation after completion of the batch.
- Prevent product mix-ups, label mix-ups, contamination, and packaging defects.
- Follow safety precautions while operating machinery and handling materials.
- Achieve daily/shift packing targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Minimize rejection, wastage, downtime, and packing-material losses.
- Provide proper shift-to-shift handover regarding production status, machine issues, pending activities, deviations, and material requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
