- Restaurant Cleanliness
- Keep tables, chairs, service stations, and restaurant areas clean.
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and polished.
- Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the supervisor.
- Food & Beverage Coordination
- Coordinate orders with the kitchen and bar.
- Ensure correct dishes and beverages are delivered to the correct table.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Avoid unnecessary delays in service.
- Guest Care
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
- Respond to complaints calmly and immediately inform the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain professional grooming, body language, and communication.
- Billing & Closing
- Present bills accurately when assigned.
- Assist guests with payment procedures.
- Check tables and service areas before closing.
- Complete assigned closing and cleaning duties.
