About role

We are looking for a Real Estate Research Intern to support our team in property research, market analysis, lead generation, client outreach, and real estate business development activities. The role will provide practical exposure to the real estate industry, including market research, project evaluation, sales support, and on-ground site visits.

Role and Responsibilities

- Research real estate locations, projects, developers, pricing, and market trends.
- Conduct property, competitor, and market research.
- Support lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups through calls and emails.
- Assist in preparing property presentations, research reports, and marketing content.
- Collect, verify, and maintain project and property data.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, brokers,



and other stakeholders when required.
- Work with senior leadership on research, sales, business development, and strategic assignments.
- Accompany on project/site visits to understand locations, construction progress, and development potential.

Requirements

- Good research, robust communication in English, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Interest in real estate, research, sales, and business development.

Stipend- 5000-8000 + Incentives (based on performance)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
