- Identify and develop current business opportunities through direct sales and other lead-generation channels.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, property presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Develop effective strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.




- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales/business development.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead-generation and client-conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
- Good networking and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
