Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Canva Designer who can create high-quality visual content using Canva and AI-powered photo and video generation tools.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern design, social media creatives, product visuals, AI-generated images, and short-form videos. Canva currently supports AI-powered image/video generation and tools such as Magic Design and Magic Video, making AI-assisted creative production an important part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional graphics, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives in Canva.
- Generate high-quality AI photos and product images using Canva and other AI tools.
- Create AI-generated videos, reels, promotional clips, and short-form marketing videos.
- Convert product concepts and ideas into visually attractive designs.
- Create realistic AI backgrounds, lifestyle scenes, product mockups, and marketing visuals.
- Edit images, remove backgrounds, enhance visuals, and maintain consistent branding.
- Develop creative concepts and AI prompts for image and video generation.
- Resize and adapt designs for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Etsy, websites, and other platforms.
- Create engaging thumbnails, product presentation images, and promotional creatives.
- Maintain consistent fonts, colors, layouts, and brand identity across all designs.
- Work with the marketing team to understand creative requirements and deadlines.
- Stay updated with new Canva features, AI design tools, trends, and creative techniques.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Canva and Canva Pro.
- Experience with AI image-generation and AI video-generation tools.
- Positive understanding of graphic design principles, composition, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts for generating images and videos.
- Experience creating social media posts, reels, advertisements, and product creatives.
- Good photo-editing and video-editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop new visual concepts.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects on time.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with e-commerce, product photography, and online marketing.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
- Experience with AI tools such as Canva Magic Studio/Magic Media and other generative AI platforms.
- Basic understanding of marketing and conversion-focused design.
- Experience creating lifestyle product images and realistic product mockups.
