Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain recruitment tracker and database
- Work on IT and non-IT requirements
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in sourcing and screening profiles
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and hiring portal
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
