Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Web Consultant to handle US customers, generate sales, and promote our website development services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales communication, convincing skills, and the ability to handle calls from opening to closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound/inbound sales calls with US customers.
- Effectively open, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close sales calls.
- Pitch and sell website development and related digital services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable website solutions.
- Convince prospects through strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain consistent performance.
- Maintain professional communication and build solid customer relationships.

Requirements





- 1–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, web consulting, or international sales.

International Sales | US Process | Telesales | Website Sales | Lead Conversion | Negotiation | Customer Handling | Closing Skills | English Communication

- Proven experience in sales call opening and closing.
- Experience in pitching/selling services to US customers is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Comfortable working in a US night-shift process.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Kolkata.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
