Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Accountant and Purchase Executive. This dual-role position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in both finance and procurement functions. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and a keen interest in handling purchase-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and Bookkeeping.
- Maintain records of receipts and payments.
- Help with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
- Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and financial documents.
- Assist in GST filings, TDS entries, and monthly reports under guidance.

Purchase:

- Assist in sourcing materials from vendors as per company requirements.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and update internal systems




- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and documentation.
- Coordinate with stores and inventory teams for stock updates.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
