Position: Warehouse Manager (Apparel / Corporate Gifting)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, dispatch and stock movement.
- Maintain proper inventory records of apparel, uniforms, gifting items and raw materials.
- Ensure timely packing and dispatch of goods as per delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising and logistics teams for material flow and order execution.
- Monitor stock reconciliation and physical verification of inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward/outward entries, challans and dispatch records.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness,



organization and adherence to safety practices.
- Handle returns, damaged stock and excess inventory management.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in apparel, uniforms, promotional merchandise or corporate gifting industry.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory handling, stock reconciliation and dispatch management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse documentation.
- Strong coordination and team handling skills.
- Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month depending upon experience.
