About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated candidates for Sr. Consultants/Manager roles – Healthcare Advisory who will engage with both emerging ventures and established organisations in the biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare delivery sectors, advising them on business strategy, planning, and corporate finance initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with Sathguru’s Innovation Advisory team on technology access, advancement, and commercialisation mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Opportunity Assessment & Strategic Planning:
– Evaluate new business opportunities and design business strategies, operating models, and product plans.
– Support clients in business plan development and growth strategy formulation for new ventures and expansion initiatives.
- Portfolio Optimisation & Commercialisation
– Collaborate with the Innovation Advisory team to assess the commercial potential of technologies and products.
– Identify and execute strategic partnerships for technology commercialization and product advancement.
- Innovation Funding, Corporate Finance & M&A;:
– Engage in fundraising initiatives across innovation funding (non-dilutive grants, venture capital, strategic investors) and corporate finance.
– Support buy-side and sell-side M&A; engagements within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.





Required skills/Candidate Profile

- Strong scientific foundation in applied life sciences, biology, or biochemistry, coupled with an MBA or techno-commercial qualification.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in the healthcare advisory or consulting domain.
- Strong analytical skills and perspective to deliver value-added insights to clients and develop reputation for thought leadership.
- Strong capability to write, communicate, facilitate and present cogently to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
- Self-starter with high motivation to thrive in a quick-paced, entrepreneurial environment and contribute to building a differentiated practice in life sciences advisory.
