Roles

RO – MSME / LAP

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MSME / LAP / Secured Business Loans
- Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP exposure is mandatory
- Direct market sourcing / DST experience required
- Strong understanding of MSME/LAP products, documentation & sourcing mechanisms

RO – Housing Loan

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage / Secured Loans
- Affordable Housing Loan experience is mandatory
- Direct market sourcing / DST experience required
- Valuable understanding of HL products, documentation & sourcing mechanisms

Compensation

Up to ₹25,000 monthly CTC + Fuel Allowance + Mediclaim + Term Insurance

Salary will be based on relevant experience and last CTC.

Eligibility





Graduation mandatory – Any Stream
Minimum 1 year relevant BFSI experience
Candidate must currently be working in the relevant product
Proper Relieving Letter is mandatory
Maximum age: 30 years
CIBIL: 700+ preferred/required as per company criteria
Candidates not currently working should not have a gap of more than 4 months
Such candidates must be willing to join at a similar CTC
