Mandatory Requirements
Hands-on experience with Embarcadero C++Builder is MANDATORY.
Candidates with only C++ or MFC C++ experience will NOT be considered.
Strong experience with C++Builder / RAD (Rapid Application Development) environment.
Robust experience in Windows-based application development.
Good SQL query & database skills.
8+ years of application development experience using C++.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
Minimum 3+ years of experience with SQL & Stored Procedures.
Strong debugging, analytical & problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work with CST time-zone overlap.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain C++ applications on Windows OS.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions.
Work on application enhancements,
bug fixing and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts and support teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
Support production deployments and post-release activities.
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required.
Good to Have
Experience with GitHub or other version-control tools.
Additional experience with C++Builder.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
