What You'll Do:

- Make outbound calls to customers across the US market
- Communicate professionally and confidently with prospects
- Generate and qualify leads based on campaign requirements
- Understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities
- Accurately update customer and call information in the CRM
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets




- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
- Work with the team to achieve campaign and business goals

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Good listening and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a US night-shift environment
- Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills
- International BPO / US voice process / telecalling experience will be an added advantage
