Position: Project Manager – Construction
Experience: 8–12 years in building construction
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, manpower, materials, and overall productivity.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, variations, and site requirements.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and other project staff.
- Monitor material procurement, consumption, stock, and wastage.




- Verify measurements, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and work completion records.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular site meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, approvals, and handover documents.
- Ensure the project is completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
