About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, scheduling meetings and site visits, and converting prospects into interior design projects.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to build strong rapport with potential clients.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Ability to schedule client meetings, site visits, and design consultations.
- Basic understanding of interior design and home renovation concepts is preferred.
- Training can be provided to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Presentable, proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate new leads.
- Identify,



qualify, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Understand clients' interior design, renovation, and space requirements.
- Build rapport with prospects and convert enquiries into qualified opportunities.
- Schedule site visits, client meetings, and design consultations.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the design team for client meetings, consultations, and project handovers.
- Explain Interior Labs' services and help clients understand the overall design process.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation, conversion, and sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and sales activities.
