Key Responsibilities

- Deliver 5-star hospitality service to showroom guests with grace and confidence
- Serve beverages (coffee, tea, mocktails) and gourmet accompaniments with perfect etiquette and presentation
- Maintain immaculate grooming standards and a polished personal presence at all times
- Understand and explain menu offerings with clarity, sophistication, and product knowledge
- Set up and maintain service areas including crockery, glassware, and serving stations to luxury standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, unobtrusive service
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the service environment
- Coordinate smoothly with team members to maintain a flawless service flow

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium cafés preferred




- Strong communication skills in English (well-spoken and polished)
- Knowledge of basic F&B; service etiquette
- Well-groomed personality with a professional and presentable appearance
- Ability to handle guests with confidence, calmness, and courtesy
- Attention to detail and a natural sense of hospitality
